By continuously expanding our knowledge and working closely with our customers, partners and suppliers, we aim not only to overcome challenges, but also to create sustainable and customized solutions.

As a driving force, we want to expand innovation in shipbuilding while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

SEC Innovation GmbH was founded on 29.07.2017 in the port city of Hamburg and has since established itself as an innovative system supplier in shipbuilding for shipyards, shipowners and public clients.

Since its foundation, the focus has been on new construction, conversion and repair of ship interiors, including yachts, cruise ships, ferries and research and naval vessels. In addition, the offshore sector has been developed, specifically the new construction and maintenance of wind turbines at sea.

The SEC System Sp. z o.o. branch in Gdansk was founded in September 2018.

At our Polish site, our focus is on the planning, manufacture and supply of highly specialized maritime construction elements such as wall and ceiling systems, doors, inspection hatches, wet cells, aluminium furnishings and aluminium honeycomb systems as well as prefabricated cabins. Our expertise extends to customized designs and solutions that meet the specific requirements of the shipping industry.

SEC Service Marine was also established in the Hanseatic City of Hamburg in July 2019.

With a focus on ventilation, refrigeration and provisioning systems, we work consistently in a customer-oriented manner for yachts, cruise ships, ferries, naval and government vessels. Our expertise covers the entire area of ship newbuilding, repair, conversion and servicing of systems.

The establishment of SEC Construction in Berlin in May 2020 marked the beginning of another chapter in the company's history.

SEC Construction focuses on building construction, interior fit-out and new construction of offices, neighborhoods, apartments and public facilities as well as repair and conversion work. This phase of our history is characterized by dynamism, progress and the pursuit of excellence in construction.

In January 2020, we founded SEC Innovation Norway GmbH in Rissa and started another international chapter in the company's history.

Our focus in Norway is on ship interiors, both in the construction of new yachts, cruise ships, ferries, research and naval vessels as well as in repairs and conversions. We are also active in the offshore sector with the construction and maintenance of wind turbines as well as ventilation and refrigeration systems.

In February 2022, we founded SEC DO BRASIL COMERCIO E SERVIÇO LTDA in Itajaí, Brazil, thereby expanding our international influence in the maritime sector.

At our Brazilian location, our focus is on ship interiors, both in the construction of new naval vessels, ferries, cruise ships and yachts as well as repairs and conversions. We are also active in the offshore sector, focusing on the construction and maintenance of oil and gas energy plants.

In February 2023, we opened another SEC Innovation branch in Wismar.
